INTRODUCTION
Inspiring Artists is an idea that came about after Kris had success at the 2008 Los Angeles Music Awards.
A few days later he was wondering what he would have done without the faith and belief in himself, and the support of the people around him.
Kris said, "I never used to be very confident and, until a couple of years ago, I really didn't know anything about the Internet or how to REALLY use a computer. So you can imagine my reaction when I started to realise the amount of self-promotion work I had to do for my project. It was daunting. Things piled up, deadlines ran out, money became a huge factor and membership costs didn't get paid..."
Along the journey, that Kris encountered, he realised that his dream WAS actually a business and he had to make some big changes, "The phrase, "Beg, Steal or Borrow" became so important to me. It became so real. I actually understood it for once.
I realised that you needed to rely on others to believe in you too and I was very disconnected from that at first. I couldn't ask. So, one day I did. I also saved up some money in a job I didn't enjoy. I saved and I saved and I waited and I was patient because I could see how things would change if I was patient.
I moved away from my home country, the UK, to the place I now reside, the United States of America.
I trusted my good friend to put me up for a few weeks (which turned into a few months) and built up friendships, contacts and performances"

Award-winning Musician and Record Producer
Kris Searle
Searle Won Best International Artist and Best Producer for debut album at the 2008 Los Angeles Music Awards and Launched Independent Record Label "Inspire U Records" in 2008This year he WON AAA Single of the Year and was nominated for Best International Artist (second year running!)
Award-winning musician and record producer Kris Searle was a guest on the latest segment of Eye on Entertainment on Time Warner Cable. Searle won "Best International Artist" at the 2008 Los Angeles Music Awards, which were founded by Al Bowman and were held in October 2008 at the Music Box Theatre in Hollywood. His producer Dino Maddalone won "Record Producer of the Year" for Searle's first album "Slowly Diabolical". Since then, Searle has gone on to win other awards and accolades and his career is skyrocketing.
Searle was born in Herne Bay, United Kingdom, and was the youngest soprano with the Kent South Singers at the age of 11. In numerous interviews, he has mentioned that his father Tony was his mentor and bought him his first guitar. While his mother Dawn and sister Katie appeared on the red carpet with Searle at the 2008 Los Angeles Music Awards, Searle was saddened that his father Tony was not there to share in his huge triumph. Tony passed away in November 2006. Searle was the runner-up in Invicta FM's Pepsi Chart Search for a Star competition and invested his savings into a record company in the UK. When the record company failed, Searle lost his money and decided to try his luck in the United States at the age of 21.
The loss of his record company and his money in the UK turned out to be a blessing in disguise. In addition to his LA Music Awards, he has been nominated for Best Male Artist in the Rock Wired radio show and magazine readers' poll and VH1 monthly song winner!

The most important thing to get sorted is obviously your music and your style but after that comes BRANDING and we have the perfect people for that. BRANDING is so significant.

SUCCESSES
After about one month in the states Kris found a manager, started getting good comments from venues and got his first endorsement deal for guitars from SAMICK GUITARS sponsored by Greg Bennett.
He had to move back home a few times because of his tourist visa but eventually found someone to help sponsor him and started to develop his look and style in the time he had to be creative.
In this time Kris lost his Father, hired an Immigration Lawyer (his working visa has now been approved) set up his own independent label, had an album launch night in Hollywood and released his debut album under his label's name. The album went on to win twice at the Los Angeles Music Awards for "Best International Artist" and "Record Producer of the Year".
Kris has now signed with The Gemini Group (Brad Senesac) some of their clients include N'SYNC, RJ Helton and Coca Cola and this year he has confirmed and signed to write the music for an animation trilogy featuring several A-list actors.
COMPILATION
Inspire U was born in 2008.
It was started it up with just the idea of releasing Kris' debut album under it but it grew into other areas after his career started blooming.
Now we're in 2009 and we're getting ready to release our first compilation catered just for independent artists called INSPIRED ARTISTS, which came from Kris' idea INSPIRING ARTISTS (this document you are reading to help and support emerging artists).
"I wanted to show you how you can make your ideas and inspirations become a reality... and, along with the faith and belief from others, I have".
"On this album we will be showcasing the talents we have met along the way and then we will be having a performance night to launch the album. There will be inspiring stories from the artists and little introductions to explain how they got here and why they are on the CD. We are also going to tie it in with a few charities we would like to help who have helped us along the way. Giving back is a great thing".
OFFERS
Part of our service or as we prefer, friendship, will come a submission to the Los Angeles Music Awards. We are very close to the founder, Al Bowman, and he is an inspiring man who has been running the awards show for more than 18 years. The LA Music Awards is the leading show in L.A offering independent musicians a platform to showcase their talent in a sometimes very difficult town to shine. Previous winners are No Doubt, Black Eyed Peas and Blink 182.
Also, we will continuously show you and submit you ourselves to any shows, concerts or opportunities we think you need, but the whole aim of this support is to give you the tools to do it yourself and be very successful.
THE FUTURE
We would also like to meet artists that we could put on the INSPIRED ARTISTS compilation and/or future compilations and maybe eventually sign this year - 2009.
